Q: Are my grandkids allowed to visit?
A: Grandkids and families are welcome to visit at any time. We encourage families to visit as often as they please. Avidor communities have considerate design features to accommodate resident family members, including children and grandchildren, with social areas such as a private dining room, club room, demonstration kitchen, outdoor pool, and movie room.

Q: Are washers or dryers in each unit?
A: Residences comes furnished with a full-sized, front-load washer and dryer. It is your home, so Avidor wants to make sure you are equipped with the resources to make it feel like home.

Q: Is parking available on-site?
A: Communities have climate-controlled garage parking available on-site for an additional monthly cost. Transportation can also be arranged through one of Avidor’s concierge partners.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We welcome four-legged friends in our community. Avidor is pet-friendly and realizes that having a pet can greatly enhance a person’s quality of life. Avidor also recognizes that not everyone enjoys having pets, so there are rules and restrictions within the community regarding the owner’s responsibility of that pet.

Q: What all is included in the monthly rent?
A: Monthly rent includes access to community amenities and lifestyle programming. Unlike many independent senior living communities, Avidor does not bundle monthly pricing. Our communities offer concierge services, allowing our residents to choose which services they need. Avidor communities provide a continental breakfast six days per week. While lunch and dinner are not a part of the monthly rent, there are social events featured in the community that may include food, such as cooking demonstrations or happy hour. Our communities also feature a convenient “grab and go” area in the main lobby where residents can purchase fresh food at the market price.

Q: If I would like to sell my house, do you offer any help?
A: We work closely with the best local realtors so they can become your trusted advisors toward the successful sale of your home. We have partnered with several trusted moving companies specific to downsizing as well as traditional movers whom we can confidently recommend.

Q: Are there additional floor plan options beyond what is available on the website?
A: Each Avidor community has a variety of floor plans available, many of which are not featured on the website. The ones that are featured on the website showcase our standard layouts; however, there is variation in each floor, and each one is unique. We have found that it is most helpful to meet with a Lifestyle Advisor to find the best floor plan and location in the community to meet your needs. Many of those who come in with a certain floor plan in mind end up changing their minds after seeing all of the common spaces and amenities that Avidor provides.
