Chris Shupe • Community Manager

Chris has been with Avidor Omaha from the beginning, ushering in the very first residents in November of 2020. With a background in senior living, Chris made the move to Active Adult to be influential in the offerings and amenities of retirement living. Active Adult living is still so new to the Omaha area, and Chris is excited to see how it will continue to evolve.

Christina Reed • Sales Consultant

Christina joined Active Adult with 25+ years in a diverse sales background. Christina’s approach to her vast sales success has been to build relationships and listen to the needs of her prospects and residents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 dogs. If she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling and beach life.

Ashely Freund • Lifestyle Coordinator

Ashley strives to create an electrifying and active lifestyle for everyone that calls Avidor Omaha home. In her free time, you can catch Ashley hanging out with family and friends or attending concerts. Her favorite part of Avidor is creating a fun home for all that enter the front door. From cocktail hours to fitness classes, Ashley is always working to create the best resident experiences here in Omaha.

Ron Pichler • Service Supervisor

Ron joined the Avidor Omaha team in July of 2021 with an extensive background in hospitality and maintenance. He was born and raised in the Omaha metropolitan area and graduated from Papillion LaVista South high in 2005. Ron was married October 19th, 2019, to his wife Sarina. They have one daughter, Olivia Faith, who was born August 13th, 2020. They also have a rescue dog named Lilly.
