Despite all the negative that’s happening due to COVID-19, the Avidor communities are creatively forging ahead and engaging with their residents, prospects and communities in unique ways.
The Edina team designed wonderful gift baskets as part of a community raffle and delivered fresh waffles to-go to the residents.
Edina hosted a virtual pizza-making class with DeLeo Brothers Pizza. Residents followed along on Zoom as the chef taught them how to spin dough in the air and create delicious pies for dinner.
One of the Edina team’s favorite resident activities is their morning Coffee Klatch, which they currently host via Zoom with their resident “family”. This is a great social opportunity for the residents to share funny stories, news and laughs with their fellow neighbors.

As a thank-you to the emergency staff at Glenbrook Hospital, the Glenview team delivered personalized cake jars from Fire Thyme.
The team brought smiles to their resident mothers with special deliveries: succulent plantings, Bloody Mary’s and Mom-osas!
Positive vibes only! Glenview shared some PositiviTEA with their residents with gift packages including tea bags and several pages of information about good things happening around the world.
The Glenview team showed their appreciation to their local first responders at the the Glenview Fire Department Station 6 and brought them a wonderful meal from Johnny’s Kitchen & Tap.
The Glenview team showed their philanthropic spirit and delivered pizza to their local police station as a thank-you for being on the front lines.
Glenview Provides Residents with Pizza Kits
To celebrate Friday night, the Glenview team provided residents with make-your-own pizza kits from the local Goode and Fresh Pizza Bakery right down the street. This way, they were able to support local while taking care of their residents.
As a thank-you to their depositors, the Minnetonka team provided a fun drive-thru breakfast station featuring Panera snacks, hot coffee and goody bags. Individuals were able to drive up and get breakfast delivered to their window.
The team also sent OneDay videos and handwritten notes and cards to depositors and prospects, delivered breakfast to Minnetonka firefighters, and sent pizza to the team at Stevens Construction.
The Omaha team has been very busy with creative ways to engage their prospects.
