Edina, Minn. – The Edina area will soon have a unique living option, as Avidor is currently under construction and taking reservations for its newest community. Avidor has been designed to accommodate 55+ residents who are looking to maintain an active and worry-free lifestyle.

The community will host a variety of programming to promote social and physical wellbeing. A full-time Director of Resident Experiences will be on-site to orchestrate a wide variety of activities which will include wellness, interest groups, cultural experiences, culinary classes, happy hours and other special events. The six-story community will contain 165 units, encompassing 270,950 square feet of space. The building is designed by ESG Architecture & Design based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Features include large floor plans with 9-foot ceilings, designer fixtures & finishes, balconies and keyless entry. Amenities include a pool with sun deck & hot tub, gourmet grilling stations, club room, outdoor green space, pet wash & dog run and more. A la carte services will be offered, allowing future residents to customize the lifestyle they desire.

In addition to its luxury amenities, Avidor is in one of Minneapolis’s most desirable places to live, Edina. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are nearby in the award-winning 50th & France district.

“The neighborhood is an ideal mix of homes and businesses. The first occupancy at Avidor is expected in the Summer of 2019. The Welcome Center is now open and accepting reservations. Visitors can connect with associates and future neighbors while exploring unit finishes and building amenities. The Welcome Center is located at 5201 Eden Avenue, Suite 50, Edina, MN 55436 directly across the street from the construction site. There is a conveniently located lower-level garage entrance off Eden Avenue road with signs directing visitors to the Welcome Center entrance.
