Avidor Glenview Construction Moves Forward

Avidor Brings 55+ Active Living Lifestyle and Apartment Homes to Glenview, Illinois

A new concept for retirement living is coming to Glenview, Illinois. With a focus on unique programming and a maintenance-free lifestyle, Avidor is a thoughtfully designed 55+ apartment community.

Glenview, Ill. – Avidor is pleased to announce that construction on the Glenview, Illinois community has started. The community is situated on 3.2 acres along the popular Waukegan Road, near various recreational parks, retailers and Glenview’s upscale Glen Town Center. The building will seek LEED-certification and include 168 residential units, 64 surface parking spaces, and an additional 168 garage parking spaces.

The project is being developed by High Street Residential, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company. The property will be managed by Allegro Management Company. The community follows the success of Avidor’s first location in Edina, Minnesota, which is set to open in the spring of 2019. Avidor’s next location in Evanston, Illinois, has also begun construction.
